MenoHealth was born out of a personal journey and a deep-seated passion to break the silence surrounding menopause. After undergoing a hysterectomy at 36, our Founder, Julie Robinson, faced years of confusion, struggling with symptoms she didn’t realise were linked to menopause. Her experiences opened her eyes to the myths, taboos, and lack of understanding that still surround this natural life stage.

Determined to make a difference, Julie founded MenoHealth with a mission to educate, support, and empower women through their menopause journey. Today, we are a vibrant community dedicated to transforming how menopause is understood and managed, offering workplace support and training, community support, and health literacy programmes to ensure that no individual has to navigate this transition alone.

Julie Robinson is the visionary founder and CEO of MenoHealth, a trailblazer in menopause support and education. Julie has dedicated herself to transforming the menopause experience, delivering tailored support to thousands, including staff from NHS Trusts and employees at multinational organisations. She has pioneered comprehensive support programmes that uniquely integrate exercise and lifestyle advice, providing holistic, wraparound care to those navigating menopause.
Her groundbreaking work includes the development of the accredited Menopause First Aid CPD course, which equips professionals and organisations with specialised training. Julie’s leadership also extends to community outreach, where she has spearheaded initiatives to boost health literacy and address health inequalities.
As a published author, Julie’s book FAQs on Menopause has cemented her reputation as a leading voice in menopause education and support. Her innovative approaches and unwavering commitment continue to drive MenoHealth’s mission to improve the menopause journey for individuals everywhere.
