    I just want to say thank you for this , i absolutly love it. I bought it just after Christmas and ive already lost 3 pounds doing it a few times a week 😌. It’s really fun I just wish there was a class near me 😢

    I love this Streamable workout. I am able to fit it in around my busy work schedule. This has eased me back into exercising since my total hysterectomy. I can do this in the comfort of my own home as unfortunately, there is not a Menoclass in my local area. Julie takes you through a good workout which deals with all my menopause problem areas (belly, hips etc). A must for anyone wanting to build up their stamina and strength.     The videos are great to do in the comfort of your home as no local classes in my area. The only downsides are not sharing the exercise time with other sufferers. I’ve managed to complete them twice a week and lost 2lb in the month, its a yo yo, 2lb off, them 1 on, then 1 off, losing weight since going on HRT patches has been very hard.

    I’ve lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks. Can’t believe it! Nothing else has helped me to shift the weight.. Ive still got a long way to go but feeling much more positive. And I actually really enjoy it, really great music which makes it more fun and less of a chore. Thk youx
