It’s just £60 for the 6-week programme.

How do I access the sessions?

They are hosted on Zoom. You will be sent the direct link to join your support group once booked.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 60 minutes long.

Do I have to be on camera and audio?

No, although the groups are small, so we hope you’ll feel comfortable asking questions and benefit from the group support. The sessions are not recorded.

Can I join with a friend?

Only if your friend books a place on the programme. The zoom link we send to access the online sessions is only for you and should not be shared with anyone else, nor can you bring anyone else to along to the sessions. So, they will need to book and then attend on a different device.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make one of the sessions?

I’m afraid not, although you will get the support booklet for the entire programme so you can still access the information and exercise videos.

Do you record the sessions?

All the sessions will be private and won’t be recorded to respect the privacy of all participants.

Can I choose to go on different programmes on different days?

Each programme is sold as a separate product so you would have to sign up for all the programmes you want to attend.

Do I have to join in with the exercises?

The exercises in our support programme are simple and easy to follow and designed for all levels of fitness. Don’t worry, they don’t require fancy gym gear or getting sweaty. And, you don’t have to partake in the exercises if you don’t want to.
