Join Charlie online via ZOOM for a MenoHIIT session on Saturday Morning from 11.30am – 11.15am.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of exercise that has been proven to boost metabolism, increase muscle strength, boost your bone health and improve your overall fitness levels.

Each session includes 15 minutes discussion on topics such as weight gain, HRT, lost libido, confidence crisis and busting menopause myths. Talking, sharing and supporting each other helps everyone to realise – it’s not just me then!

This is followed by a 5 minute warm up, a 20 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session, followed by a 5 minute cool down.  Each exercise can be done at one of three levels (1, 2, or 3 flames) depending on your fitness levels.
